Returns & Refund Policy

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened. Please note, all return requests must contact us at info@kissyruwenaustralia.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase for VTN products has been made. If you’re concerned that the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can assist you with the matter and issue a refund where applicable.
